Palestine: I am in full support for an independent and free Palestine. Israel should rightly be condemned for its systematic cruelty and human rights abuses of the Palestinians. This does not mean I support the removal from Israel from the map because in my view we cannot turn the clock back to the 1940s - this is impractical and clearly not going to happen. Peace in the middle-east means recognition of the State of Israel albeit a much smaller nation. Israel must also withdraw from neighbouring Arab lands.
A greater Palestine and a smaller Israel is the only way the Israeli-Palestinian conflict will be resolved. I am 100% in support of the Palestinian cause and highly critical of the behaviour of the hawks in Israel. The people of Israel, on the other hand, have a right to live in peace and a settlement should recognise this right. Sadly though, peace in the middle-east is further away than it has ever been.
