Got to say I've got good taste (at least in music). Three very fine albums.
Possible future buy: The Chic Organisation - Up All Night:The Greatest Hits.Nile Rodger's has the groove.I Like dance music but can't dance!

Fasting Diet
On Monday 16/09/2013) I will start my "fast" diet which will mean for 2 days a week my maximum calorie intake will be 600 calories. The remaining 5 days per week will be normal days.
